5 Steps to Internal Implementation

Inventory: Create AI Register

Capture all AI systems used or developed in your company. Classify each system according to the risk class of the EU AI Regulation.

Governance: Define Responsibilities

Appoint an AI officer, define roles and create a RACI matrix for all compliance tasks.

Training: Build AI Competence (Art. 4)

Develop target-group-specific training concepts for compliance, HR, IT and management. Document all training conducted.

Documentation: Technical and Organizational Evidence

Create technical documentation per Annex IV, implement a risk management system and maintain an audit trail.

Assessment: Conduct Conformity Assessment

Conduct internal self-assessment or external conformity assessment and prepare the declaration of conformity.
